PATRA Inc ACDA also offers support in the management of the training programme by working in partnership with the trainee's supervisor and helping to devise the training plan:

  1. We help employers to address under representation of BME workforce through the provision of dedicated and committed trainees.
  2. The support in the management of the training programme. A well structured training programme that encompasses on the job training, academic course and personal development training.

It makes good business sense to have a culturally diverse workforce in terms of the confidence it instils in the community. PATRA Inc ACDA is dedicated to improving the life chances of people from the BME communities by providing them with the skills, knowledge and experience to compete in the labour market.
