Traineeship Programme
PATRA Inc ACDA aims to support people to achieve their full potential through developing innovative learning initiatives to enable them to gain the knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications to move into further training or employment.
Under Section 37 of the RRA 1976 and Amendment Act 2000 PATRA Inc ACDA offers traineeships of between 12 to 24 months with on the job training at a host placement and the opportunity to study for academic/vocational qualification.
The scheme works in the following three ways;
- On the job work experience following an agreed training programme with a placement organisation.
- A qualification course relevant to the role undertaken. This is either provided within your work place or on a day release basis, whichever is applicable.
- Personal development (guidance and counselling) from a Training and Development Officer.

PATRA Inc ACDA is an Approved Training Centre through City and Guilds Awarding body and is currently working with over 50 employing organisations throughout the East Midlands.
We can tailor courses to suit individual and corporate needs which can be delivered on site or at our fully equipped training and resource centre.
