PATRA inc ACDA is a certified umbrella organisation with the CRB and checks every potential carer before placing them with a client or employer. The Criminal Record Bureau’s Disclosure service provides access to a range of different services and information:
- Information held on the police national computer such as convictions, cautions, reprimands and warnings held in England, Wales and those recorded in Scotland.
- Information held by local police forces relating to the relevant non conviction information.
- Information from the Government’s Protection of Children’s Act list (PoCA).
- Information from the Government’s Protection of Vulnerable Adults list (POVA).
